In a bold and very well executed gesture, the winery building is adjoined to the land. This option was the starting point for conceiving an integrative intervention in which all the gardens merged with the surrounding landscape, thus managing to assert a distinct and differentiating character in each of the intended functions: whether it was the garden next to the restaurant, entrance and visitor reception; a large clearing designed for holding events; or even more humble functions such as supporting slopes or merely trying to mitigate the impact of the machinery needed to run the winery.
The proposal was not limited to framing the winery as an architectural object. It was also important to interconnect the winery with the estate, resolve slopes, grasp the new vines and extend the gesture in space. In this way, we managed to give the uniqueness and complexity of the winery a garden character, albeit more naturalised and always based on native vegetation, adding some more ornamental elements.
A winery perfectly integrated into the vineyard and equipped with the latest equipment for selecting the best berries.
