Online Returns and Exchanges

1.1. makes every effort to ensure that all the products it sells are in perfect condition for use and in accordance with the published technical characteristics.

1.3 The eventual transport services (if any) are never included in the scope of the Right of Free Resolution (DL N.º143/2001 Artº. 6).

1.4. When objects are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, the customer should always verify the objects delivered, and if any anomalies, defects or lapses are detected in the goods received, attributable to, they should be complained about via e-mail:

1.5 If the customer is not completely satisfied with his or her purchase, he or she may exchange it within 14 days of the order date, provided that the item is accompanied by the invoice, has no signs of use and is packed in its original packaging.

1.5.1 The article for exchange must be sent exclusively to Quinta da Vacaria - Rua António Monteiro, 1, Parque Industrial do Seixal - 2840-068, Aldeia de Paio Pires. All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

1.6 Once the order is received, the consumer will be informed via email of its receipt, and will be refunded the amount paid.

1.7 All product returns should be forwarded exclusively to Quinta da Vacaria- Rua António Monteiro, 1, Parque Industrial do Seixal-2840-068, Aldeia de Paio Pires
